The challenges surrounding the topic of water are becoming ever more complex and pressing: The impacts of climate change, an ageing infrastructure and the ever-increasing pollution of our water resources are major problems that we need to deal with . These and other issues pose a threat to the concept of a reliable and efficient supply of water that has been taken for granted for decades. Our industry needs to continue to develop and collaborate to find new solutions if we want to remain fit for the future. At the same time, society needs to change its mindset, and we need new approaches to manage our precious resource – water.
