DVGW Service Center: Frequently Asked Questions
Please check your incoming emails, and if necessary, your spam directory, to find the email with the verification code.
Step 1:
Call up the DVGW Service Center at: https://servicecenter.dvgw.de/en-US/, log in and click on the drop-down arrow to the right of your name.
Step 2:
Select Change email address from the menu and follow the instructions.
If you change your email address, please note that your username for the DVGW Service Center will automatically be changed. Your username is always your email address.
Step 1:
Call up the DVGW Service Center at: https://servicecenter.dvgw.de/en-US/, log in and click on the drop-down arrow to the right of your name.
Step 2:
Select My Profile from the menu and make the changes you wish to make.
Step 3:
Then click on the lower button Save changes.

Call up the DVGW Service Center at https://servicecenter.dvgw.de/en-US/

Click on Sign In
Step 3:
Click on Forgot your password?
Step 4:
In the window which opens, enter your email address and then click on Send verification code. Leave the window open.
Step 5:
Check your incoming emails, and if necessary, your spam directory, to find the email with the verification code.
Step 6:
Enter the verification code in the box and then click on Verify code.
Step 7:
Set your new password. Please create a secure password:
If you know your password and want to change it, the procedure is as follows:
Step 1:
Call up the DVGW Service Center at: https://servicecenter.dvgw.de/ and log in.
Step 2:
Select “Change password” from the menu and follow the instructions.
If you have forgotten your password, please set a new password (see “I have forgotten my password – how can I set a new password?”).
